Some things to consider before you book a tub with ourselves:
- The access required for our new hot tubs that come in one piece and roll in on end are a minimum of 78cm width by 190cm in height. We also need a clear straight run with no tight bends to go around.
- If you don’t have the min access requirements for this hot tub then we can still offer you our Canadian spa hot tub that arrives in sections and then we build it back up again so there is no access issues with this model hot tub.
- We need a Debris free, flat area of 3m squared (8ft) to be able to site the hot tub safely. This can either be on a patio or lawn
- Area able to support 1400kg.
- Access to a standard 13amp electric house socket outside or through a window.
- Access to a water supply and drain.
- Safe, secure area.
- We also need one person available on delivery of the hot tub to show them how it works, how to add chemicals and clean the filters.
- Delivery is normally 1 day before the first days use. For our Canadian spa hot tub its 2 days before use in the winter months to allow the tub to heat up in time for the start of the weekend.
- If we have access to the tub and a power supply and our hot tub has been left unplugged then nobody needs to be in for collection.
